1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
- Carriers: International orders are shipped via various carriers depending on the destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Magnetic Light is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services).
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Customs processing delays for international shipments.
- Public holidays.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarmagneticlight.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your "Solar Magnetic LED Work Light."
9. Restricted Countries
